MEET THE PROWEST TEAM
ABOUT YOUR ROOFER JOHN
My name is John Condon, and I am a Project Manager with Prowest Roofing, serving homeowners throughout Arizona with a focus on honesty, communication, and quality workmanship.

I specialize in helping homeowners navigate roof replacement projects, with a strong focus on tile roof underlayment replacement systems common throughout Arizona. Many homes built 20+ years ago may still have aging underlayment beneath the tile, even when the roof looks fine from the ground. My goal is to help homeowners identify issues early and protect their homes before major leaks and damage occur.

At Your Roofer John, I believe homeowners deserve straightforward information, professional communication, and roofing solutions designed specifically for Arizona’s harsh climate and monsoon conditions.

I work closely with homeowners throughout the entire process, including the following:

- Roof inspections
- Project planning
- Insurance claim assistance when applicable
- Material and system explanations

Whether your roof has storm damage, aging underlayment, leaks, or general wear from Arizona heat, I take pride in helping homeowners understand their options and feel confident throughout the project.
